Creative Printing order-entry grid with eight service categories for online requests.

Overview

Alongside print production at Creative Printing, I built and maintained 20+ responsive client websites, print-to-web brand systems, and promotional email campaigns for the shop and its clients. Highlighted here is Creative Printing’s own homepage and order-entry portal.

The shop needed a homepage that helped customers start the right type of order right away, whether copies, business cards, envelopes, wide-format signs, multimedia conversions, or website services. Each service needs its own intake questions, so a single generic form wasn’t practical.

The Category Grid

I built the homepage in WordPress with Elementor and organized it around placing an order. The main service categories sit in an icon grid, labeled with the words customers actually use rather than shop jargon, and each tile goes straight to the right service page or intake form.

The full homepage: an Order Now button in the hero, the eight-tile service grid, and a location map.

Outcome

Seven years later, the category grid still anchors the live site, and the same system-first approach carries across the shop’s client web builds, print-to-web brand work, and promotional email campaigns.

I’m open to marketing design, book/print production, and cross-media design roles in NYC.
